How to make successful behavior changes
I've been interested in ways to break and change old habits in addition to setting goals. Along the way, I found this site, Metaprogramming.
This link is about How One Sentence Triples Successful Behavior Changes.

And this one is about The Scientific System of Self Change.

Hi there Jerry! Thanks for sharing this link! (( I think that you duplicated the link on accident as the second is the same as the first. )) But I enjoyed reading it! And I look forward to trying it out! Looking forward, too, to meeting you this Wednesday! Very best wishes, Jacob
ReplyDeleteHi Jerry, loved this article you posted. I love the concept, in general, of writing intentions to guide us and hold ourselves accountable to our goals. I also really like the author's concept of magic and spells, as applied to something simple and banal as writing something down. Nice one.
ReplyDeleteHello Jerry. The concept of setting intentions by writing them down, as specifically as possible is quite magical. I like how the article refers to it as spelling out spells. The act of writing something down is so powerful. There is a transference that occurs from living in the mind space to being born as a tangible entity in the physical realm which causes this intention to become more real, thus one step closer to becoming a reality. Look forward to more introspection.
